Levey Group Adds 3rd Facility to Northwest Place Industrial Park

HOUSTON – July 23, 2012 –Levey Group, a custom commercial development and construction company, breaks ground on its third industrial tiltwall facility inside Northwest Place Industrial Park. Levey’s initial spec development plans for the 7-acre park, located at the intersection of West Little York and Bingle Road, included two tiltwall office/warehouse buildings.

“There has been a lot of interest in this business park,” says David Ebro, President of Levey Group. “6795 Bingle Road will provide a Class-A facility in a prime location.”

The additional 18,000 square foot tiltwall facility will feature frontage on Bingle Rd. with generous storefront glass and windows for enhanced curb appeal, 10-ton crane ready, a standing-seam roof as well as a building clear height and foundation capable of accommodating a second story office or storage mezzanine.

Levey Construction, a division of Levey Group, will provide the construction services for this project, which is scheduled to be complete December 2012.
