Levey Group Leases 10,000 Square Foot Building to Alpha Testing, Inc.

HOUSTON –April 8, 2014 – Levey Group brings its Northwest Place Industrial Park to full occupancy with the execution of a 10,000 square foot lease on its fifth warehouse in the park at 6513 West Little York with Alpha Testing, Inc. Northwest Place Industrial Park is a Class-A business park located in Houston’s prime near northwest submarket. Other tenants in the park include Cameron International.

Alpha Testing has been providing full-service geotechnical, construction materials testing and inspection, and environmental services since 1983 with locations in Dallas, Forth Worth, San Antonio and Houston.
