Levey Group Leases 43,025 Square Feet to Omnisource United, Inc. Inside Northwest Place Industrial Park Phase II

HOUSTON – February 22, 2018 – Levey Group, a family-owned industrial real estate development company, executed a 48,276-square-foot, 63-month lease with Omnisource United, Inc. for space inside Northwest Place Industrial Park Phase II shortly after completing the first building in its master-planned 7.9-acre business park. 16,574 square feet of the 64,850-square-foot building remain available and feature attractive storefront entrances, 32’ clear heights, dock-high loading and two ramps for grade-level building access.

Omnisource supplies truck, passenger, industrial and agricultural tires, as well as supplies.

Northwest Place Industrial Park Phase II is Levey’s Class-A park in Houston’s prime near northwest market. The park configuration provides generous frontage on both West Little York and North Houston Rosslyn, allowing the park to feature a connecting road facilitating truck ingress, egress and maneuverability within the park.

Levey Group’s plans for Phase II include two additional tilt wall facilities. In the interim, pad sites are available for sale, design-build or build to suit opportunities.

Joseph Smith of CRBE represented Levey Group in the transaction. Jeff Lindenberger of Avison Young and Mark Scott of Foundry Commercial represented Omnisource.
