Levey Group Leases 56,255 Square Foot Building to The Brandt Companies Inside Sam Houston Business Park

HOUSTON – November 2, 2015 – Levey Group executed a 56,255-square-foot, 7-1/2-year lease with The Brandt Companies, LLC at 8848 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W., inside Levey Group’s Sam Houston Business Park. The Brandt lease brings the 262,130-square-foot park to 100% occupancy.

Brandt is a diversified contractor providing mechanical and electrical services as well as overall building services to its clients.

Sam Houston Business Park is Levey’s Class-A, premier industrial flex, office and distribution business park located in Houston’s prime Northwest submarket. The park consists of four tiltwall facilities featuring attractive storefront entrances, generous clear heights and column spacing, and ample dock-high and grade-level loading docks.

Other park tenants include Flotek Industries, Ringers Gloves, PCI Promatec, Tyndale USA, Diligent Delivery Systems, Westermann BG and Doorscapes.
