Levey Group Leases 43,400 Square Foot Building to Doorscapes, Inc.

HOUSTON –January 13, 2014 – Levey Group executed a 43,400 square foot warehouse lease with Doorscapes, Inc. at 8850 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. in Levey Group’s Sam Houston Business Park. Sam Houston is Levey’s Class-A, premier industrial flex, office and distribution business park located in Houston’s prime Northwest submarket. The park consists of three tiltwall facilities featuring attractive storefront entrances, generous clear heights and column spacing and ample dock high and grade level loading docks. The layout of Sam Houston Business Park provides tenants the opportunity to combine office or showroom space with manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and distribution area.
