Levey Group Leases 45,675 Square Feet to NDLI, Inc.

HOUSTON – August 8, 2014 – Levey Group executed a 45,675 square foot warehouse lease with NDLI, Inc., at 8844 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. in Levey Group’s Sam Houston Business Park. Sam Houston is Levey’s Class-A, premier industrial flex, office and distribution Business Park located in Houston’s prime northwest submarket. The park consists of three tilt wall facilities featuring attractive storefront entrances, generous clear heights and column spacing, and ample dock-high and grade-level loading docks. The layout of Sam Houston Business Park provides tenants the opportunity to combine office or showroom space with manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and distribution area.

NDLI Inc. is a full service logistics provider. Other park tenants include Tyndale USA, Westermann BG, Doorscapes, Inc. and Ringers Gloves.
