Levey Group Leases 18,300 Square Foot Building to RIEX Co., L. P.

HOUSTON –February 12, 2014 – Levey Group executed an 18,300 square foot warehouse lease with RIEX Co., L.P. at 8850 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. W. in Levey Group’s Sam Houston Business Park. Sam Houston is Levey’s Class-A, premier industrial flex, office and distribution business park located in Houston’s prime northwest submarket. The park consists of three tiltwall facilities featuring attractive storefront entrances, generous clear heights and column spacing and ample dock high and grade level loading docks. The layout of Sam Houston Business Park provides tenants the opportunity to combine office or showroom space with manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and distribution area.

RIEX is engaged in the manufacture, fabrication and distribution of fasteners, sealing products and construction supplies to the transportation, energy, water and wastewater, and OEM industries.
