Levey Group Sells 286,000 SF Facility in Houston, TX.

HOUSTON – October 3, 2013 –Levey Group, an industrial real estate development company, recently closed on the sale of a 286,000 square foot industrial facility located at 6501 Navigation Blvd. in Houston, Texas. Levey Group originally purchased the 32-acre property in 2008.

After selling 10 acres to CenterPoint Energy in 2010, Levey Group redeveloped the balance of the site and leased 186,000 SF to Crane Worldwide Logistics and 50,000 SF to Treadwright.

The 21-acre site is fully paved.
