Levey Group Sells 42,500 SF Facility in La Marque, TX.

HOUSTON – January 7, 2013 –Levey Group, a custom development and construction company, recently closed on a 42,500 square foot industrial facility in La Marque, Texas. Levey Group originally purchased the property in 2008.

The one-story tiltwall facility is fully paved with 3.5-acres fronting Highway 3 and includes 10,000 square feet of climate controlled warehouse and 3,000 square feet of office space.

Jim Foreman and Beau Kaleel with Cushman & Wakefield represented Levey Group on the sale. Ryan Fuselier with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.
