Levey Group to Develop New Business Park in North Houston

HOUSTON – May 8, 2013 – Levey Group has purchased 17.5 acres adjacent to Bush Intercontinental Airport along Aldine Westfield Road between Richey and Rankin Road in North Houston and has named the development IAH Business Park.

The company’s preliminary site-plan depicts over 200,000 square feet of single-tenant industrial space with sites featuring outside storage and room for building expansion.

IAH Business Park is currently in the design and development phase and will become shovel-ready with regional detention and utilities brought to the site by the Fall of 2013.

Levey is currently prospecting for potential large single-tenant users seeking a corporate campus that may seek to occupy the entire tract.
