Levey Group to Develop Sam Houston Business Park Phase 2

HOUSTON – November 25, 2014 – Levey Group announced plans to begin the second phase of their Sam Houston Business Park. Sam Houston is Levey’s Class-A, premier industrial flex, office and distribution business park located in Houston’s prime northwest submarket. The park currently consists of three tiltwall facilities featuring attractive storefront entrances, generous clear heights and column spacing, and ample dock-high and grade-level loading docks. The layout of Sam Houston Business Park provides tenants the opportunity to combine office or showroom space with manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and distribution area.

Phase 2 covers 3.87 acres on the northeast side of the park. Building 4, which will be 56,227 square feet, is currently in design. Building 4 can serve a single tenant user or it may be divided into leasehold space as small as 27,720 square feet.
