The 100,000 square foot, low clear-height building was vacant for years when Levey seized the opportunity to acquire the property substantially below replacement cost together with the adjacent 10-acre parcel. Levey made functional improvements that included raising the building’s clear height, adding crane capacity, and stabilizing the yard for outside storage. The building has remained consistently leased since Levey completed these improvements in 2008.
