Through an existing broker relationship, Levey was presented with this build-to-suit opportunity with a national oilfield services company. We developed a specialized facility for decontaminating and treating oilfield pipe with naturally occurring radioactive materials. We then sold the completed development to a 1031 buyer out of California.
