This opportunistic purchase consisted of 550,000 square feet on 34 acres east of downtown Houston. We subdivided the land, sold ten acres to Centerpoint Energy for a new service facility, demolished non-functional smaller buildings that limited truck access to the main facility, then excavated a truck well for dock areas. After leasing the property to 90 % occupancy, we sold.
