Levey acquired this land from Trustmark Bank’s REO department, then strategically assembled land parcels, the sum of which substantially exceeded the value of the individual parcels. We developed 268,000 square feet of Class-A industrial space, leased to 100 percent occupancy, then sold to an institutional buyer.
