Levey saw a lack of development sites on Loop 610. Informed by market research, we identified and purchased this 8.2-acre tract of land in an opportunity zone on Loop 610 South at MLK Boulevard. The adjacent road is a feeder to the University of Houston, and the site benefits from area gentrification.
