Levey assembled two parcels, one of which was owned by a national bank, the other via an off-market acquisition to provide an interconnection between N. Houston Rosslyn and W. Little York. Levey built, leased and sold a 64,850 sf distribution space, and separately sold a land parcel with frontage on N Houston Rosslyn. The building and adjacent land were sold to an out of town user in order to expand their business in Texas.
