Levey Group Completes 18,000 Square Foot Facility for GHX Industrial

HOUSTON – February 15, 2013 –Levey Group, a custom industrial development and construction company, recently completed an 18,000 square foot tiltwall facility for GHX Industrial, LLC. This built-to-suit project is located in Northwest Place Industrial Park and features 3,670 square feet of office and showroom space.

Northwest Place Industrial Park, a Levey development, is a 7.3-acre business park located at the intersection of West Little York and Bingle Road in Northwest Houston. Levey Group utilized its construction services division to build the new facility.

GHX Industrial fabricates and distributes industrial gaskets and hoses for a number of industries and has over 20 locations in seven states.
