Levey Group Completes Sale Of Northwest Houston Property, Warehouse And Distribution Center

HOUSTON, TX (June 14, 2021) – Houston-based Levey Group has sold a 65,000 square-foot front-load distribution facility along with the remaining 6.5 acres of land at 6552 West Little York Road, known as Northwest Place Industrial Park II, to Alco Designs, a California manufacturer of retail merchandise displays.

Alco will occupy the vacant portion of the facility where Tytan International, a nationwide supplier of industrial and agricultural products, currently leases 28,500 square feet.

Levey continues to own and manage Northwest Place Industrial Park I, a five-building development on the south side of West Little York Road directly across the street from the recently sold Northwest Place Industrial Park II.

The firm assembled the entire eight acres of Northwest Place Industrial Park II from two sellers in 2015. Soon after, Levey platted the two parcels as a single commercial-reserve tract. The firm then built the common area road, utilities and detention. Last year, it subdivided and sold a 1.5-acre parcel fronting on N. Houston Rosslyn to a retail developer out of this industrial park.
