Levey Group Leases 23,000 Square Foot Building to Victory Wine Group Inside Northwest Place Industrial Park I

HOUSTON – November 5, 2019 – Levey Group, a commercial real estate and development company, executed a lease with Victory Wine Group for a 23,000-square foot office-warehouse. The building is located inside Northwest Place Industrial Park, Levey’s master-planned 7-acre business park, and features an attractive storefront entrance and fully air conditioned warehouse.

Victory Wine is a wholesale wine distributor with locations in Houston, Dallas and Austin.

Northwest Place Industrial Park is Levey’s Class-A park in Houston’s prime near northwest market. The park configuration provides frontage on both West Little York and Bingle. These streets are interconnected with a private driveway providing convenient truck ingress, egress and maneuverability.
