Levey Group To Develop And Build 28,000 SF Warehouse For PSC Industrial In Marshall, TX

HOUSTON – June 5, 2012 – Philips Service Corporation (www.pscnow.com) recently executed a 10-year build-to-suit lease agreement with Levey Group for a 28,000 square foot industrial NORM facility where PSC will process and decontaminate oil field equipment containing naturally occurring radioactive materials.

Levey Group will purchase, develop and own the 9-acre tract of land, a site identified by PSC as its desired location, along Highway 20 in Marshall, Texas. Levey Construction, a division of Levey Group, is expected to begin construction on the warehouse and crushed concrete laydown yard September 2012.

PSC Industrial, LLC, an environmental and industrial service provider, is headquartered in Houston, Texas and has over 100 locations throughout North America.
