Levey Group Leases 23,000 Square Foot Building to Produced Water Absorbents, Inc.

HOUSTON –June 20, 2013 – Levey Group executed a 23,000 square foot warehouse lease with Produced Water Absorbents, Inc. (PWA) at 6511 West Little York in Levey Group’s development, Northwest Place Industrial Park. Northwest Place Industrial Park is a Class-A business park located in Houston’s prime Northwest submarket.

PWA’s patented Osorb technology makes them an industry leader in the filtration of off-shore produced water from oil and gas production.

PWA is scheduled to move in to the building in the fourth quarter of 2013.
